These Terms of Purchase regulate the relationship between Buyer and Seller (KVAZIMODE) in relation to the terms and conditions of purchase, product prices, payment method, termination of the contract and return of goods, delivery, and other issues related to the online purchase of goods offered in our online store www.kvazimoda.hr
The terms and conditions of the Internet trade www.kvazimoda.hrare in accordance with the positive regulations valid in the Republic of Croatia and were write down in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (N.N. 41/14; 110/015), Title III. – The conclusion of contracts outside premises and distance contracts and constitute prior notification within the meaning of Article 43(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1303/2009. The seller and supplier of goods offered on this site is Kvazimoda, fashion design, Radićeva 20, 10 000 Zagreb.
KVAZIMODA reserves the unlimited right to change, supplement or replace the Terms of Purchase. Any modification to the Terms of Purchase published on this website immediately becomes valid, and any user's continued use of the content and services automatically implies acceptance of the modification of the Terms of Purchase, and by ordering the customer confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions.
These Terms of Purchase are available in Croatian and English.
The customer is any visitor to an internet store who chooses at least one product, orders and pays and thus concludes the Agreement concluded remotely.
KVAZIMODA, through online shopping allows the purchase of the entire assortment of goods located in the web offer. Products are accurately described and presented in a detailed way, the color of the product may vary due to lighting and the monitor setting.
Prices are in kuna and euro and do not include VAT.
For orders received from customers living outside the EU, additional costs of customs duties and taxes, are possible to paid by the customer.
Terms and conditions apply equally for purchases in the online store and in the physical store.

The customer can order the product 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Products are ordered thruoughout an electronic form. If KVAZIMODA, fashion design is not able to deliver an ordered product or one of the ordered products, the Buyer will be notified by telephone or by e-mail. In this case, the order will be cancelled or carried out for those products that are available.
If the product is sold out, the order will be cancelled and the customer will receive a refund.
After the Customer finds the product he wants to buy, he should first choose the size of that product (the size guide for each product is located next to the specified product). Then you should click on "Add to Cart". If the size is already specified for the product then just click on "Add to Cart". The customer can continue to search and add more products to the cart, or they can continue ordering.
At the moment when the Customer is satisfied with the final content of his shopping cart, he selects the "Complete purchase" option to continue the order process.
After customer has added the product(s) to the shopping cart, it should also be registered. The way he can do this is as a registered user, as a guest or by logging in thruoughout social media.
Completes of the order
After the Customer completes the order process and clicks on the "Confirm and order" button, he will receive a message to his e-mail address confirming that his order has been received and in the action of processing. Orders received on weekdays From Monday to Friday, after 5pm, are processed the following weekday, unless otherwise stated. Friday's orders are handed out on Mondays. Mondays are processed and orders arrive during Saturday and Sunday. Orders received during the holidays and other holidays are processed for the first work weekday.
KVAZIMODA, fashion design allows the purchase of selected products in a number of ways:

By taking cash upon receipt of the shipment

When choosing this payment method, Customer will receive an e-mail address offer with all the information necessary for payment. Payment can be made using Internet banking or in the way that Customer normally pays his or her bills – through bank, post office, Fine or like.
-By taking cash after receipt of the shipment
The customer pays for the ordered product(s) when taking over from the delivery courier. Payment to the courier is possible with cash.
American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners, JCB...
PayPal is an online payment system. The customer can make a payment thruoughout PayPal if they have an existing PayPal account or can create a new one through direct debit or debit card information entry. When they choosing this payment option, Customer will be redirected to the PayPal page.
Immediately available products, will be sent within 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday) during sales and actions, the time of sending can be extended.
Before orders and products that are yet to be made, or order like custom-made orders, we send them as soon as they arrive from production in our studio.
The full price will be charged as soon as the order is received, regardless of the later delivery time.
Orders are sent thruoughout Croatian Post Office, the expected delivery time is:
Croatia - 2-7 business days, delivery to the islands can be longer, during sales and actions, delivery period is extended by 7 working days.
Europe - up to 21 working days
USA and the rest of the world - 2-6 weeks
KVAZIMODA is not responsible for delivery delays, caused by weather, international customs retention of the consignment or any other circumstances that could not be affected.
The price of delivery is not included in the price of the product and is specifically charged, for the territory of the Republic of Croatia the price of delivery is 20,00 kn, for orders from countries in Europe delivery is charged 100,00 kn or 14 €, respectively, and for all countries outside Europe postage is 150 kn or 21 €. Shipping for the Territory of the Republic of Croatia for orders over 1.000,00 kn is free of charge.
The buyer is obliged when picking arrives to inspect the shipment, visible damage to report directly to the courier, and refuse to receive the damaged shipment. By signing the delivery note and receiving the invoice, the registered user confirms that he has inspected the product and that there are no complaints to damage of the transport packages.
If the customer refuses to receive the package because of visible damage to the transport packages, he is obliged to complete the relevant delivery-courier service form in connection with damaged shipments, and by e-mail immediately, and at the latest within 8 (eight) days to inform KVAZIMODu whether he wants a repeat delivery or refund. Upon receipt of the advertised consignment and the corresponding form KVAZIMODA undertakes, within the time limits prescribed for delivery to make repeated delivery in the case of a product in stock at KVAZIMODE or at the request of the registered user to make a refund.

You can terminate the contract unilaterally within 14 days. In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination of this Agreement, you must inform us, in an unambiguous statement sent electronically before the expiry of the deadline, on the firstname.lastname@example.org or through the unilateral termination form.
Your first and last name, address, telephone number must be provided. Confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract will be send to you without delay, by electronic media.

The cost of the return of the goods will be on the buyer.
The seller is obliged to return the money to the customer at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The goods should be returned in their original condition, must not be worn or used and should be returned with all original labels and invoices.
The protective label should remain on the product.
Types of returns
You can exchange goods for another size or other product if the requested replacement item is available.
You can request a refund and in this case, the refund will be forwarded within 14 days, after KVAZIMODA checks and accepts the returned goods, which must be in their original condition.
If the Buyer has objections to the purchased products, according to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act he has the right to make a written complaint to the seller by electronic media on e-mail email@example.com or to the address: KVAZIMODA, fashion design , Ivana Srzić Budić, Radićeva 20, 10000 Zagreb.
In doing so, please enter your first and last name, address, contact and description of the complaint. We will respond to your complaint in writing within 15 days of receiving it.
Liability for material deficiencies
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumer-seller relations in case of material defect on the product apply, the provisions of the Law on Mandatory Relations (OG 35/05,41/08, 125/11, 75/15) apply on liability for material defects.
The buyer is obliged to inform the seller of the existence of visible defects, without delay and no later than two months from the date on which the defect was discovered. As a salesman, we are not responsible for the material lack of sold stuff that is shown after two years of selling things.
Any disputes will be resolved by Seller and Buyer by arrangement and amicable way, otherwise the court has jurisdiction in the place of the seller's seat.
Separate european union regulation, from 18.104.22.1686 across the entire EU, disputes related to online shopping will be resolved through the ODR platform.
This means that if you encounter a problem while shopping online within the EU (defective product, inability to replace, etc.), you can submit your complaint quickly and easily through that platform.
The platform can also be used by consumers and traders, and the complaint can be lodged in any of the 23 official EU languages.
